Catherine Dickson is the brains and brawn behind Dickson-Lein Operations and Consulting. She has always known that she has a superpower when it comes to understanding what kinds of operations systems and administrative processes will help small businesses thrive. She also knows first hand the kinds of pressures that solopreneurs and small business owners face when it comes to the balancing act of making money in the business while feeling pressured to spend endless hours on the business.
After two decades of refining her small business expertise — both on the ownership side and as a team member in the fields of commercial real estate, health and wellness, and agency recruiting — Catherine opened the doors of Dickson-Lein with a simple but powerful mission: to help solopreneurs and small business owners move forward with confidence knowing that everything is working effectively, nothing has fallen through the cracks, and they are optimizing their profits in the business.
